How billing works
You pay for the people who used the system that month.
Providers are $299 each and support staff (MOAs, nurses, clerks) are $20. There are no minimums, no long-term contracts, no implementation fees, no per-module licensing, and no separate charge for the AI.

Is there a free trial?
We offer a guided demo with a founder, followed by a pilot period so you can evaluate Solstice in your own environment before committing.
Are there implementation or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding and data migration assistance are included.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Month-to-month is available. We also offer annual agreements for practices that prefer them.
What counts as a “provider” vs. “support staff”?
Providers are clinicians who chart, prescribe, and bill: physicians, nurse practitioners, and specialists. Support staff are everyone else: MOAs, clerks, nurses who don’t independently chart, and administrators.
Is the AI really included? No extra charge?
Yes. Ambient documentation, clinical decision support, patient communication, and billing suggestions are all in the base price, with no separate AI line on the invoice.
What happens to my data if I leave?
We export your data in standard formats (FHIR R4) and help with the transition. There are no exit fees or penalties.
